Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. If 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
Item’s must be returned unused, in its original condition with all tags and supporting information (such as packing notes). Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Please inform us by email info@outdoorline.sk before you send the product to our address! Send the returns only to our address mentioned below; we do not accept returns sent to a post office.
The payment will be refunded within 7 business days after we receive the returned goods.
RETURN YOUR OWN WAY
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping to us. Customer must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the product(s) and that they are not damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products. Please use a shipping service with a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages so we strongly recommend you to include tracking and insurance. Please also send us the tracking number, so we can track your return and contact the delivery service if needed. Shipping charges - Shipping charges incurred for returning a product are non-refundable.
RETURN WITH OUR SERVICE We can assist you with the return and offer our courier service (DPD or FedEx) to pick up the package from your address at reasonable price (10-14 eur). Please contact us for more information about this service.
