Crux Turbo jacket - is lightest full-zip design from Crux range with the Pertex® Endurance® water-resistant shell. Its low fill weight is offset by the use of the finest Polish down available (a whopping 970 cu.in. – but actually Crux use this quality throughout most of their styles anyway so it shouldn’t be a surprise) but it’s not really a pure insulation piece – it hasn’t really got enough down fill for that. But if you are in sub-zero temperatures and you’re in low-intensity workout mode, then the Turbo will help maintain that fine balance between overheating and chilling out (roughly speaking of course – we all have different interpretations of ‘low-intensity’!)
Turbo jacket is ideal for high intensity activities in cold conditions – snowshoeing, back-country skiing, winter hiking etc.
